Why we exist

Shift work is intense. Healthcare is intense. The hours are long, the schedule changes fast, and the pressure is real.

We started OnCallSociety to create a brand that feels like an inside nod—something that says:

“I get it.”
“You’re not alone.”
“Let’s laugh and keep going.”

Our designs are quietly funny, instantly recognizable, and never overdone.. the kind of message you can wear, carry, or keep on your desk without it feeling loud.

We’re building collections as “series” (starting with SHIFT HAPPENS), each capturing a specific mood of on-call life, night shifts, triage brain, medically tired energy, and everything in between.

Giving back: 10% of profit to Huidfonds

Healthcare is personal to us—so this brand is designed to give back.

That’s why 10% of our profit is donated to the Dutch non-profit Huidfonds (Nationaal Huidfonds), which works to reduce skin conditions and improve life with a skin condition, including prevention efforts like skin cancer prevention.

As OnCallSociety grows, our impact grows with it. We’ll share updates about contributions because transparency matters.
